Les tarifs préférentiels s’entendent pour les membres à jour de cotisation annuelle

  • Inscription congressiste 3 jours membre (SFTA, BLT, STC, CEIP-A) avant le 11 février 2025 : 590 €
  • Inscription congressiste 3 jours membre (SFTA, BLT, STC, CEIP-A) à partir du 12 février 2025 : 690 €
  • Inscription congressiste 3 jours non membre avant le 11 février 2025 : 670 €
  • Inscription congressiste 3 jours non membre à partir du 12 février 2025 : 770 €
  • Inscription congressiste 3 jours Jeune Scientifique (après acceptation candidature *) : 340 €
  • Inscription congressiste 3 jours d’un membre (SFTA ou BLT) d’un Pays en Voie de Développement : 350 €

L’inscription congressiste 3 jours comprend les actes du congrès, l’accès à la salle de conférence, les pauses café et les déjeuners du mardi 25 mars, mercredi 26 mars et jeudi 27 mars, au diner savoyard du mercredi 26 mars, au séminaire international de l’analyse des cheveux et à la soirée de remise des prix du 27 mars.

L’inscription congressiste 1 journée au séminaire international de l’analyse des cheveux du 27 mars comprend les actes du congrès, l’accès à la salle de conférence, la pause-café et le déjeuner et la soirée de remise des prix.

L’inscription congressiste non membre pour la visioconférence en direct du séminaire international de l’analyse des cheveux comprend l’accès au lien de connexion à la série de conférences du 27/03/2025 matin ainsi qu’à une attestation de participation.


* Le tarif jeune scientifique est réservé aux moins de 36 ans au 1er janvier 2025 ayant un poste non titulaire dans la limite de 20 places disponibles et après acceptation du dossier de candidature par le comité scientifique du congrès. Il n’est pas obligatoire d’être membre de la SFTA pour candidater.

Les candidats doivent suivre la procédure suivante :

– soumettre un abstract pour communication affichée ou orale en premier auteur avant le 17 novembre 2024 selon les instructions disponibles sur le site du congrès.

– envoyer par mail leur candidature au « tarif jeunes scientifiques congrès chamonix 2025» au secrétariat du congrès : secretariat@sfta.org avant le 6 décembre 2024 avec une copie de l’abstract soumis et un court CV.

Le secrétariat indiquera l’acceptation ou le refus des candidatures le 16 décembre 2024.

Conditions générales

  • Toute inscription doit être réglée avant le 23 mars 2025
  • Si le règlement n’est pas reçu avant cette date, l’inscription sera automatiquement annulée et le participant devra effectuer une nouvelle inscription au tarif « sur place » à son arrivée au congrès.
  • Les inscriptions congressistes à tarif membre ne seront validées qu’après vérification auprès de la SFTA de la STC ou du BLT du règlement de la cotisation 2025. Dans le cas contraire, l’inscription peut être annulée par les organisateurs selon les conditions d’annulation précisées ci-après.
  • Toute inscription sera confirmée définitivement après réception du règlement.
  • La facture correspondant aux prestations réservées est disponible sur le profil de la plate-forme Com&Co de chaque inscrit, dans les deux semaines suivant la réception du règlement.
  • Toute annulation doit être signifiée par email à la société Com&Co. Pour toute annulation intervenant avant le 23 février 2025, des frais de dossier d’un montant de 50 euros seront déduits du montant total de l’inscription. Entre le 23 février et le 13 mars 2025, un remboursement de 50 % sera effectué. Au-delà du 13 mars 2025, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.
  • Tout congressiste qui refuse la diffusion de son mail à nos partenaires industriels doit le signaler au secrétariat par mail : secretariat@sfta.org

Tout congressiste dont l’employeur exige une convention avec un organisme de formation enregistré NDA ou certifié QUALIOPI doit prendre contact avec le secrétariat par mail : secretariat@sfta.org

Online registration will be available from October 14th, 2024
Fees will increase after February 11, 2025 (00h00)
Discounted rates are applicable for members who are up to date with their annual membership fees.

  • 3-day registration for members (SFTA, BLT, STC, CEIP-A) before February 11, 2025: €590
  • 3-day registration for members (SFTA, BLT, STC, CEIP-A) from February 12, 2025: €690
  • 3-day registration for non-members before February 11, 2025: €670
  • 3-day registration for non-members from February 12, 2025: €770
  • 3-day registration for Young Scientists (after application approval *): €340
  • 3-day registration for a member (SFTA or BLT) from a Developing Country: €350
  • 3-day registration for Continuing Medical Education (CME): €700
  • 3-day registration for an industrial partner (stand or workshop) with approval from the management: €0
  • 3-day registration for an industrial partner after approval from the management: €540
  • 3-day registration for an industrial participant without validated partnership: €2500

  • Registration for non-members for the seminar day on Hair Analysis (March 27, 2025): €330
  • Registration for the live-streamed international seminar on drug testing in hair (March 27, 2025, morning session): €100

The 3-day registration includes conference materials, access to the conference hall, coffee breaks, lunches on Tuesday (March 25), Wednesday (March 26), and Thursday (March 27), the Savoyard dinner on Wednesday (March 26), the International Hair Analysis Seminar, and the Awards Ceremony on March 27.

The 1-day registration for the Hair Analysis seminar on March 27 includes conference materials, access to the conference hall, a coffee break, lunch, and the Awards Ceremony.

Non-member registration for the live-streamed international seminar on drug testing in hair includes access to the connection link for the series of conferences on the morning of March 27, 2025, as well as a certificate of participation.


Note: The ‘Young Scientist’ rate is reserved for applicants under 36 years old as of January 1, 2025, who hold non-permanent positions. A maximum of 20 places are available, and acceptance is subject to the scientific committee’s approval. SFTA membership is not mandatory to apply.

Application Procedure for Young Scientists:
– Submit an abstract as the first author for an oral or poster presentation by November 17, 2024 (instructions available on the conference website).
– Send your application via email, labeled ‘Young Scientist Rate – Chamonix Congress 2025’, to the congress secretariat (secretariat@sfta.org) by December 6, 2024, along with a copy of the submitted abstract and a brief CV.
– Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent on December 16, 2024.

Payment Methods through Com&Co:

General Terms:

  • All registrations must be paid by March 23, 2025.
  • If payment is not received by this date, the registration will be automatically canceled, and the participant must re-register at the « on-site » rate upon arrival at the congress.
  • Member-rate registrations will only be validated after confirmation of the 2025 membership fee payment with SFTA, STC, or BLT. Otherwise, the registration may be canceled according to the cancellation terms outlined below.
  • All registrations will be confirmed only after payment is received.
  • An invoice for the reserved services will be available on the participant’s Com&Co platform profile within two weeks following payment.
  • Cancellations must be notified by email to Com&Co. For cancellations before February 23 2025, a handling fee of €50 will be deducted from the total registration amount. Between February 23 and March 13, 2025, a 50% refund will be issued. After March 13, 2025, no refund will be provided.
  • Any participant who does not want their email shared with our industrial partners must notify the secretariat by email: secretariat@sfta.org

Any participant whose employer requires an agreement with a training organization registered with NDA or QUALIOPI certified should contact the secretariat by email: secretariat@sfta.org
